hm…is it time to reassess? 7 miles at 6:52, I was aiming for 6:50. should running 7 miles at a little slower than goal half Marathon pace be so difficult 6 weeks before the race? man 3 months of somewhat hard training just to get back in the shape I was a calendar year ago. yeeesh, hopefully I wont go months and months without working out more than once a week ever again

    Of course it's hard! You are running crazy fast! Also it's much harder to chase air than other runners! You are going to do great
