second straight tempo run that didn't go according to plan. I even drank some coffee and had candy before too. I am starting to think this "bad tempo run" thing is because I haven't been eating enough carbs. But how does that make sense? My tempo runs are less than an hour long, and I get tired at like the 20 minute mark. Annoyed. Whatever, I am going to make an effort into eating more carbs I guess
