    Nice easy trail run this morning. The trail had a number of washed out areas due to recent heavy rains.

    Solid long run with TY. He pushes my pace and I push the distance. Pleased with the 8:45 pace. I should be ready for the Scenic City half in two weeks

    Got home a little early and was able to run for an hour in the daylight. Having trouble syncing with my Garmin. Haven't loaded two weeks worth of runs.

      Great run Tim! Today I'll be running and trying to pair my HR strap with the Wahoo adapter for the first time. Just gotta pick an app now, like digifit runkeeper etc...
