    Run after swim. Once again I think I swallowed to much pool water as soon as I started running my stomach started to cramp up but I made it threw. From now on runs befor the swim.

    Nice swim but once again forgot a towel and the plain white ones up front at gold gym are like $8 so I had a extra long sleeve sweat shirt in my gym bag and that was enough to hold me off.

      Nice workout Aaron. Personally I like a little more nutrition. I've been doing a hammer gel at 20 minutes, 40 minutes and gatorade at 60. Seems to work pretty well.

    Bad Felt horibale. Started cramping up. Just over all a bad swim. But made it 30 mins. Mabey I swallowed to much pool water.
