    went well, really good practise. I was a bit afraid of yoga in the gym since it's not a yoga studio but it was surprisingly good.

      I'd wonder about gym yoga too, but they may bring in an instructor that does occasional classes there, and a primary teaching practice elsewhere. And how good it is always depends totally on how good the instructor is. :)

      My friend who practises since 'forever' told me once to look out for this specific teacher. He's good but personally I don't like his correction style: I need light touch and he's more 'hands on'. We'll see.

      Wow, it's taking time to heal. But I guess there is so much load there, even though you are being gentle with yourself. I hope the healing continues well.

      Step by step. I had problems with bones. Not fractures, I had a calcaneous spolon that spent 1 YEAR !!!!
