    My leg feels achy today and I haven't slept very well so I decided to take some rest
    300 crunches
    40 min yoga (hip openers, deep quads stretches)

    I haven't biked in days and today was a sunny beautiful day so why not?
    Maybe I shouldn't do run and bike in the same day but bike supposed to have no impact on my hip...

    It felt good, sore muscles but overall a good run

    41min walk+run. Yesterday and today I felt a bit of a 'twinge' in my leg so I'm trying to be cautious and not freak out (difficult!). Overall a good run.

    good rainy morning but I'm feeling... 5.6 km

    (1min walk+2min run) for 40 min. I 'only' felt all the muscles I worked on on my Monday session with physiotherapist.

      Yeah, agree with the comments above and pay so much attention giving your all on the mobility exercises: if it's soreness that means you've worked and your muscles are getting back to be fit. I know about recovery cause I had problems with my right cartilage and the physical therapy are key!!! Happy sunday Hannah!
