    third day after the marathon I went out for 2 laps around the park.
    Felt good but I didn't feel like pushing it. No pain or tension, let the body go with the natural rhythm.

    It felt good but I'm in the panic mode for the marathon.

      there are only two shops in close proximity to where i live, and both are just so-so. that's why i usually read around and listen to other runners (also here on DM) and then make up my mind and shop for a specific shoe online. i think by now i know pretty well what my needs as a runner are.

      the shoe-fittr and the detailed specs on are extremely helpful to shop online. i would even place my orders with them, but they don't ship to germany. thus, i often do my research with runningwarehouse and then shop at they have knock-down prices and free shipping within europe from the uk.
      (oh, and the most important thing about a running store? they should run. a lot.)
