    First 2 miles around low 8...then tried to chase Chris as he ran 7:20 for 2 miles (he dropped me like a bad habit)...cool down last mile...that hurt

      I'm glad you made it back before the boogie-man got you. I'd have to think long and hard what would be worse. The Boogie-man getting me or having to call the wife to come get me and having to hear about how I profoundly rearranged her evening.
