    10 mile run in the gorgeous sunshine! We have blue skies and it's above freezing here so SHORTS FOR EVERYONE! I think every person in the greater Seattle area is wearing shorts today.

    I can barely move my arms after today's workout. We finished the 80 minutes with work on the rings. I can confidently state that there is NO Olympic gold medal for the rings in my future.

      @Noel - it was just rings at the end. But, holding myself up in a pull-up and then lowering very slowly was excruciating. :) As were the knee-ups and other tortures he had me do (try).

    TRX week. Its surprising that you can do both plyometrics and cardio with the TRX. Turns out its useful for more than core, balance and strength.

    Week 2 of the Body Shock class. We used bands for the strength portion- not my favorite but I managed to burn my shoulders out so that the upright planks were more difficult than usual.
