5k A Day (3.1 m) Monthly Challenge

Everybody tries to run 96.1 mi . This one's not about speed - it's ALL about keeping the commitment to get in your DAILY dose of exercise while being accountable to yourself and others to KEEP UP YOUR ROUTINE - NO excuses! No quitters! So for those who (like me) want to start or continue running at a steady beginner/low intermediate pace and develop a consistent routine, I challenge you to run or run/walk a 5k a day! You can run it or run/walk and split it up throughout the day - the main thing is that you JUST DO IT! On a personal note, I'm on a challenge to lose "40 by 40" (3/2010) and if I can just keep up the work daily, I'll make it!
