The dailymile team is a collection of the most enthusiastic dailymile members. You don't have to be the fastest guy or girl on the street, or the most experienced, but you do have to be passionate about what you do and have the desire to share it with both your local and virtual community. As a dailymile ambassador, you'll represent dailymile and play an integral role in shaping its future.

Who is this for?

Is dailymile the first thing you check in the morning and the last thing you check before bed? Do you think of cool things to post while you work out? Are you the biggest fan of your friend's training, always offering motivation and encouraging comments? Does it make your day when one of your friends reaches their goal or has a great race?

Who is asked to be an ambassador?

  • You share your passion with others. You've sent at least 800 commments over the past 6 months.
  • You've been a dailymile member for at least 6 months and you've gotten all your friends and co-workers to sign up because you rave about it so much.
  • You're enthusiastic about helping newcomers learn the ropes.
  • You enjoy meeting new people, planning meetups in your local community, and have several races scheduled. Overall, you're excited to get something going in your local community!
  • You're a good person: helpful, environmentally conscious, a volunteer at races, and always finding ways to give back.
  • Score yourself bonus points if you use Facebook and Twitter or you've joined a local running, cycling, or triathlon group. Award extra bonus points if you're comfortable on video and take lots of photos.
