      No pain no gain. You could try the treadmill for hill work, or take a drive out by me. We have some pretty steep highway overpasses.

    Good run nice and cool outside. Getting back in the grove. I didn't feel so slow today. I have 6 weeks before the next half. I would love to run the whole 13 miles!
