    Decided to do the 3 today since it will be cool tomorrow and better distance running weather. Only 6 miles away from 400 miles in 200 days and only one day away from day 200. I cannot believe it!

    Boy is it hot outside. This was a slow run but I am glad I got 3 miles in. 9 miles to make it an even 400 mile in 200 days. Might be tough depending work and the heat! Should plan for 6 tomorrow.

    Good run. More police present today. Probably because I ran towards the protesters gathering area. Cops hire well. I turned a corner and there were about 100 hiding. Crazy.
