    Another treadmill run while out of town. My calves are starting to loosen up and this was an easy run of 2 miles at 8 min, 2 at 7:30 min, .50 at 7:00 min, and then walked the final .50. Good core and upper body workout after too.

    This was a good training run, but wait until you see the elevation of the 50k that I'm doing on Saturday... Crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      At first I thought, Dude! You're in Mexico City! Get off the treadmill and run around Mexico City! Then I thought, hmmm... with the recent news stories, I might stay on that treadmill.... great job!
