Played at the Mac gym again...screwed up my shoulder very painfully somehow yesterday, so cautiously light on upper body.
4x5 deadlift (110, 120, 132, 132 lbs)
3x8 transverse punch (14, 19, 20.5 lbs)
3x5 assisted pull up (60 lbs)
5x2 tire flip (100 lbs)
3x8 t-bar squat and press (25, 35, 35 lbs)
3x5 dumbbell row (30 lbs)

Then the penultimate swimming lesson, I did some back crawl, and 1 armed front crawl with the flutter board, as the movement aggravated that wonky shoulder.

    Careful! I have had a bad shoulder for quite some time now and it is no fun. Let it heal if you can. A good workout, and some swimming! Excellent.
