    Ugh, I thought you had developed immense muscular strength from all this trail running and couldn't roll your ankles any more. I guess not! Sorry to hear it. Nice run aside from that....

    no, I do..minor ones I can walk off in a minute and more serious ones I have to sit down for 5 minutes.

    You really ought to take up playing squash. It gives you really strong ankles. Of course you have to avoid rolling your ankles while building them up, because every time you roll them, you set yourself back to the beginning.
