    Same fartlek ladder as last week: 6 min hard/3 min easy; 5 hard/2.5 easy etc. The difference this week was each hard section was progressively faster.

      Let the rear end recover... I have never heard of long term repercussions from a bruised backside, except for it throwing your form off so you injure something else. Nice workout today!

    Just an easy MAF recovery run on the TM. Heart rate was mostly in the low 140's. I actually had trouble even getting above 140 until I upped the speed a bit.

      I'm happy you're loving trails! Early spring before Mother's Day is the best time. Not so much fun when the mosquitoes come along though. As for the distance ambition... if you run steadily and don't push and aren't injured, it seems reasonable enough!
