    blah 7/23/14 00:20

Not sure if doing weights while under the influence of antihistamines was a good idea..but it needed to be done and not being able to conquer the obstacles at Mud Hero in a month is a big motivator... read more

  10. RUN
    great Prospect 6 km 00:36 09:36 pace

I don't know if it's the rest day, the steady diet of trails last week, or the VFFs that make my Monday road runs so light and easy.

  11. RUN
    blah Cootes Paradise/Bruce Trail 18 km 02:02 10:55 pace

My first solo long run in about 2 years and about 90% of it was on trails. I think in the future, I will stick to the relatively tame trails of the RBG, because the Bruce Trail was not even remote... read more

That's a pretty good pace for trail that isn't runnable, Patty! Good for you for gutting it out on tired legs.

@pierre I am never running without my phone ever since the great fainting episode of 2013. Also, without my phone and Google Maps, I'd still be lost in the woods right now.

good Bronte Creek 9 km 00:55 09:54 pace

Sam J. and I might have gotten a little bit damp. The foresty parts were beautifully gloomy. Of course it was smart that I left my phone in the car but I would have liked to get a picture.
