    Eramosa Karst 10 km 01:07 10:45 pace

    Christie Lake 9 km 01:11 12:46 pace

  7. RUN
old ATB route 23 km 02:28 10:21 pace

Point to point run on the old ATB route at pacer pace. Gorgeous day and I thought there would be a lot more people out, but the only person I saw that I knew was Jennifer Coleman.

  8. RUN
    BT - Stoney Creek 11.27 km 01:37 13:50 pace

Ran from Kingsview to Battlefield Park and back. There was a lot of mud and puddles of course, but the technical parts were still snow covered and much more runnable than usual.

  15. RUN
    Christie Lake 9 km 01:09 12:21 pace
