  4. RUN
    BT - Red Hill 11.27 km 01:27 12:28 pace

2 sets of long hill repeats: 1/2/3/2/1 minutes. The 2 hills in the Red Hill Valley and the paved BT hill were both long enough, I thought they might not be. What a difference a few degrees cooler... read more

    8/22/16 00:41

Some random yoga for runners video from youtube. It was a bit fast and a little too advanced.

  6. RUN
    great BT - Waterdown 6.1 km 00:51 13:29 pace

Please can we have temperature like today year-round?

  7. VELO
MS Bike Tour Niagara 38.68 km 01:41 14.2mph pace

Torrential downpour 5 min before the ride started and continued for the first few kms. So glad I decided not to do the 75K that at one point was going to fake my way through with running fitness, ... read more

  8. RUN
Iroquoia Trail Test 34 km 06:01 17:04 pace

  10. RUN
injured BT - Stoney Creek 15 km 02:10 13:58 pace

My contact lens was foggy, so my depth perception was off, and I face planted and rolled my ankle less than 1K into my run. Made it back to the car, where I had extra strength Voltaren and put some... read more

@wilt the worst is that this trail backs onto a fence less dog park, and the stupid owners seriously assume that the entire trail is off leash and choose to ignore the boundary signs.

  12. RUN
    BT - Hockley Valley 13 km 02:14 16:36 pace

Since I had to drive B to grandma camp in Orangeville and go to Mono to pick up my found wallet, I took advantage and ran side trails on map 18 near Hockley Valley. The trails were not too technic... read more

  15. RUN
Credit Valley Footpath 15.12 km 02:20 14:56 pace

Needed 1.5K more of side trails to get a badge. Planned to run 16 but the humidity was intolerable, as a lot of this "trail" is actually really hilly, unshaded road.

Greg and I yoga-d in the basement.

  19. RUN
BT - Red Hill Valley 15 km 02:13 14:18 pace

I'm really sick of doing hills in Cootes Paradise, plus that route is more unshaded. So I ran 3x repeats on the Red Hill Trail, then 1x up the giant monster hill on BT near Kingsview Drive. ... read more

  20. RUN
    BT - Kerncliff 10.1 km 01:22 13:07 pace
