    Ran from Kingsview to Battlefield Park and back. There was a lot of mud and puddles of course, but the technical parts were still snow covered and much more runnable than usual.

    Took the Altra Olympus out for their maiden voyage, and I think I will like them on long runs. Got back to the car just as the rain started.

    Sulphur Loop plus 24 km 03:10 12:44 pace

    Went to the first official Sulphur run of the year to preview the new course, which adds a couple pretty steep hills into the mix! Needed a bit more so I added on at the rail trail.
