    Went at a pace that kept my super-tight calves happy, except when I realized I was super late and ran like my underwear was on fire. Last complete rest day was August 11, perhaps I'm due.

      I'm not a fan of trail running, but maybe the pumpkin summit in October might be more your thing.

      the funny thing was the running was fairly enjoyable, super easy, non technical and I still had to walk the tiny hills because I was loopy from lack of food.
