Ran a few kms extra this week to get in 300K+ for the month, mission accomplished.

  8. FIT
    livefitrevolution, week 15/wo... 00:38

Considering how great my runs have been on the day post-strength training, I really do think that my leg fatigue this week is due to missing ST last week.

  14. RUN
good East Bronte Creek 14.06 km 01:38 11:13 pace

Met up with Alison and showed her how to get onto the east Bronte Creek trails. The highlight was running through a high five tunnel of kids out doing community cleanup for Earth Day. :)

  15. RUN
tired Dundas Valley 13.75 km 02:04 14:32 pace

Took it easy today, as my Sunday long run screwed up my entire schedule for this week and I've got pink eye (among other minor ills). Ran with 1 contact and my depth perception was a bit weir... read more

100k is pretty far. ;) i have the same feelings about my bike, actually. i just ride for recovery and my bike love is just sheer joy for riding really...i just love being ON it and outside, and what i love most is being able to ride with L. which add 35 pounds to the weight of my bike, which makes for fast riding...uh...difficult. but it sure makes going up hill fun! ;) anyway. bike love. nothin' better than a bike.
