It's a Cateye CC-RD400DW Strada Double Wireless Cycling Computer. I got it through Amazon in the States. The wireless is nice but more expensive. It has cadence. If you're interested in cadence make sure what you get has it. Not all of them have it but it's a good thing to have and work on.

I seem to have reached a point where I measure turbo sessions on time rather than distance. An hour of a simulated rolling time trial is rather different to simulating an alpine climb. Not really enjoying the turbo at the moment :-(

I too have a love hate relationship with turbos and treadmills. Would prefer to be outside every time but they can work as alternatives. My miles are estimated - probably much lower than reality so mainly go on time - length of DVD, tv prog etc !

Nice! Never occurred to me that I could have taken advantage of being stuck at home (or at least, stuck in my home town) to go to the pool this evening. Dumb of me.
