    I walked the dog and felt okay. My hips were achy though. When we were done, I used the miracle ball method to help stretch and relax my hips. It really did the trick!

    Walked with the family on the Monon Trail...Zoe biked, Tom, Dianne, and I walked, Max & Reece skateboarded. It was a beautiful day. I feel really tight today though!

    Did Day 3 (didn't skip a day inbetween since I went 2 days between D1 & D2)...it was a lot harder today! I hung in there though and feel good about finishing it.

    Did Day 2 of 100 Push Ups and 200 Sit Ups. I should have done it yesterday, but my back was feeling tweeky, so I thought I'd wait until this morning. Good move - I feel great!
