Felt good, easier than I thought after all the time I've had to take off. Adapted a little to favor my shoulder.

Walked with Sarah and Greta and Naomi and Luna-tough going through the crusty snow and ice but pretty in the woods.
Great to finally be stretching my muscles again. took it easy on the shoulder and knee.
nice! 1:30 is a long time too.

Lovely to see you back on dailymile. It is funny that we both started to exercise with yoga after a long break- must be the relaxing nature of yoga that we felt attracted to:))

if this doesn't inspire you to get going...
great to move (and not get anywhere). clearing up issues with shoulder and knees.
Hope your shoulder and knee issues go away soon! Good job staying still for six miles!

Chilly, but nice walk in our orange vests with Sarah and Greta the dog in a little orange shirt with a scary ghost painted on it. Actually I think that ghost is smiling. We were!
Not too challenging. Though it should have been, because I skipped Spinning because I was late...again.
Nice job.. but not on the late part ;)

Gorgeous day out.
Nice job on getting out and taking advantage of the beautiful weather. Did I see in one of the posts that you got hit with the snow storm?

Wonderful stretching and exotic poses. Not as much sweat as with the other class, but more interesting overall.
Gorgeous day. Walk with Luna and Naomi and picked up little Greta on the way. Her little legs and butt wiggling quickly, she kept up with the lab.

You're welcome. I'm so fascinated with this. I feel very tempted to try barefoot running myself with my bad knees. My sister who has very bad rheumatoid arthritis in her feet and knees, etc. has had a complete recovery from pain by barefoot running. So it definitely works for some.

Love doing the spin followed by yoga. talk about polar opposites. However, if the spin were easier, I can imagine getting into the zone on the bike.
This is a really great class. Lots of sweat, twist, stretch, hold, bend, and flow.
