good Boot Camp Day 12 01:00

Boot Camp Day 12. 44 degrees out and wet, actually not as bad as I thought it would be weather wise. 2 laps around the park then onto stations (weights) again. Did each station 2x for 1 min each (or so): lunge benchpress, biceps curls on one leg, mountain climbers, jumping-jacks, squats w/ front raises, plank rows, step-ups, leg raises, jump rope, crunches with feet off the ground and bicep curls.
