good Boot Camp day 11 01:00

Boot Camp day 11. Today was stations and 40 degrees! Started off with 2 laps around the park. Then we did each station 2x's, 1 min each: squat thrusts, jump rope, front & side arm raises w/ weights, biceps w/ weights, side lunges w/ resistance band, sit-ups, jump rope, overhead tricep extensions, dumbbell shoulder press, biceps with resistance band. This was our first class using weights.
