good Boot Camp day 10 01:00

Boot Camp day 10. Today was legs! Temp was about 52 degrees (10 degrees colder than Tues). 2 laps around the park, pistol squats, side squats, frog jumps in the sand, forward/backward lunges in the sand, jumping squats, jumping jacks, pushups, and dips all in sets of 3's. My butt is killing me!
