Boot Camp day 9. We took a little over a week off due to the weather so getting back into boot camp this morning was rough! However it was a nice 63 degrees out (actually felt a little too warm to me). Started off with a lap around the park, butt up shoulder pushups x3, twisties x3, ran up steps and lunges x3, roll out planks x3, leg swings x3, planks x3 and ended with step-ups on the bench x3. I'm physically exhausted!

Overall, how are those boot camps treating you? I know my actualbboot camp was only six weeks but I came out of it feeling great! I think added to that was that cars and bikes were non-existant so walking everywhere was key.
2 months agoi like it, but the instructor is kinda flakey...our 2 months have had interrupted classes...so not sure I'm feeling the full effect. if we can go 4 weeks without a class being cancelled then I'll let you know!
about 1 month agoboot camp is ok. we've had several breaks in the routine tho....and instructor was a no show this morning. but the past week or 2 have been great workouts. it's just not very consistant...or at least feels that way. but I do feel great after the workouts
