This time instead of cycling we did gliders. Pain in the butt if you ask me..my wrists hurt holding myself up for that long and it's uncomfortable being bent over while mountain climbing. ~shrug~ Lots of lunges, squats and situps as well. Ah Monday...how I love thee....
