Day 22 of the Shred, 4th day of level 3. Man, level 3 just kills me. Its so exhausting...I still can't make it thru all of the last cardio section. Getting better tho! Only 9 more days till my wedding and at least 8 workouts left to hit the full 30 days! No slacking for me.
