Another great power punch class at the Ymca. Learned a kick ass 6 punch combo (jab, cross, upper cut, upper cut, hook hook)! Ooo wee that was fun!

great Bridge Walk 3.1 mi
Walked across the bridge and back for an extra calorie burn. Felt good, didn't wear my Garmin but had my Polar on for calories.

But you did it and it was your first triathlon right? I did my first one last September just for fun and I did not find that swim fun at all! But Now I know, you start at the end of the pack so you can get a good rythm going early so it is less dreafull! you can do it!

Last Ymca swim before the Tri. I felt very strong today and did 2 200's and finished the second one 19 sec faster than the first. I can definitely see myself getting better in just 4 short weeks.

Did my Brick! Jumped off the bike and ran 2 miles. Definitely not fast but I got through it. Very happy with a 1 hour 4 minute, 8 mile bike and 2 mile run!

Last portion of the indoor tri. The run went great! Felt great and ran 2 miles on the treadmill never stopping and only slowing down a little bit here and there. Very proud of finishing strong.
