      Douglas - No. Yes. Sometimes... and I try not to. Hahaha! When I first started out I got blisters. Never had a bruise. I'm pretty careful about where I run. I tried the gravel levy out at the lake once and that was enough for me. I try not to run on super hot asphalt (if its an 80-90 degree that's a no go on the hot asphalt, but trails are the bomb on hot days!) I have Raynauds Syndrome so I try not to run barefoot when its especially cold anymore. The coldest I've run barefoot was about 25-27 degrees.
