      Wow! Nice hills Zale! I do better on anything that's not straight and flat. Seems to me you like the hills :)

      i actually do... when I am running a marathon i love them... i get to the top faster than those thin young people who then go and pass me.... but it good for a few minutes

    Garmin wouldnt sync with GPS!!! Anyways adjusted the length. I kept my hb low. And still not back to old times. I feel Happy! I feel Healthy! I feel Terrific!
