    alright Neighborhood run 3.5 mi

    Hot (for me) at 6pm...I usually run at 6am. Shins were aching, but I signed up for the Beer Run next week so I've got to suck it up and increase my distance!

    The swim was rough at first because I was out of breath from the run but I got it under control after about 300m and felt good after that.

      Nice job out there today!!! 5 min is a lot of time to take off your best time - big congrats to you! Hope you come out to do some trail running with the group soon - I will be out of town for the next two weeks but hope to get out there when I get back for some fun runs with Dan, Matt, and everyone/anyone else.

      Thanks! I took one minute off my time from my 1st to 2nd race, so I'm really happy with this one. Will definitely try to get out and run with you all sometime...although I haven't been doing a lot of distance since I've really been concentrating on my swimming this summer. Now I'd like to spend more time on my bike...it'd be fun to head out to the Hawthorne trail sometime.
