alright Treadmill 1.46 mi 00:19 12:40 pace

I was looking to set a steady pace and maintain it for half the distance of a 5k (about 1.6 miles) so I set the treadmill for a steady jogging pace (4.8) and went as long as I could. Didn't quite make the 1.6, so I'm a little bummed about that, but overall it wasn't bad.
