    I ran the full 12 minutes! No run/walk/run scenario like I've been doing in the past. I set the speed at 5 and I ran the whole time, even kicking it up to 6 for the last 40 seconds or so. :)

    Seems my normal routine now is to run a mile as fast as I can, collapse, then recover and run another mile. Seems to be working for me for now, so I'll stick with it.
