it hurts..it hurts..dont' drink milk after runs, especially when you have not consumed any milk in weeks.
My first mistake was taking Mark's emails for granted. It was everything that he said it was going to be. I did not think a trail run would be bad, but it was brutal!
2. Not eating. Again. I tried to get off work a bit early, but got caught by the 4:00 phone calls.
3. Bicycling. Yes, after this run i was so exhausted i could not bicycle my way home.
