    Went to yoga with Mike. Think I did pretty good. Focused on my breathing. Strength will come back over time, right? Have committed to Mike to go at least twice a week for a month.

    I'm counting the shoveling again. 2 hours of lifting snow! Arms feel like spaghetti. Am so grateful for a neighbor who came over with his snow blower to help me finish.

    Nice and crisp out. The neighborhood is so beautiful with all the leaves changing color. Slow walk but foot not feeling well. Icing it as we speak.
