    Found out today that there's a decent gym (brand new) right next to my house that only costs $10/month. I'll be going there a lot until it decides to cool down in month or two.

    Ran 2 miles with a goal pace of 10:00, took a walk for a while, then decided to try to sprint to keep it up for 2.5 miles. It worked, but I saw my heartrate get to 190. :-O
