    Missed Crossfit with a sick child, but got quite the sweat on this 45 minute Tabata workout. Pushups, jump ropes, lots of burpees and more. Then ran 3 miles just because.

    Awesome sweat today. Two set of 10 and 1 set of 20 Double Unders. 100 SUs along with the workout. Worked alot of Shoulders today!

    My second time placing in a race, and my second fastest 5K! ...I couldn't believe it! :o) I haven't run in weeks because of my ankle. I guess I'm healed up!

      Oh man - 4th is tough! While no bling, I suppose it's better than whatever place I came in in my AG though. :0) Awesome race and glad to hear the ankle is feeling good.
