First run in two weeks, in heavy rain! What a welcome. Legs felt fresh after the long break from running, so that was good. And I don't think I did too bad either, considering I did a lot of walking in between laps. Today is also the start of my 14-week half marathon training. 2km warmup + 5x400m.
