  1. RUN
    good Intervals 5.3 km 00:46 13:52 pace

First run in two weeks, in heavy rain! What a welcome. Legs felt fresh after the long break from running, so that was good. And I don't think I did too bad either, considering I did a lot of walkin... read more

alright 6 Weeks Six Pack 00:52

Level 2 6W6P was difficult. Everything is difficult these days. Even walking. Just tired. Need. To. Rest.

  3. Confession: Today was suppose to be my workout day. But I took a miss. Major headache - getting off the sofa/chair every time was enough to kill me. So I guess that's a good excuse not to workout, ... read more

good Extreme Shed + Shred Level 2 01:05

Very hard circuit training today. ESS Lvl 2 is no joke. Had to take extra 10 mins in between sets... Didnt feel energetic today. Tiring. But felt good after the workout.

  5. RUN
tired Both parks 7.12 km 00:59 13:14 pace

Legs heavy like lead again. Weather was lovely though. Wore my SCMS'11 top for the first time. The L size is a bit too baggy and didn't feel comfy on me.

great Safari Zoo Run 2012 6 km 00:54 14:29 pace

Very well organized! A little bit too "fragrant" while we ran in, but glad it was only for a few short durations :) Course was the toughest - many rolling hills, some rather steep - but w... read more

Yea, the 'fragrance' in the air was 'enticing' ! Not much of a carnival and what happened to all the portable toilets (I had to queue 3 times and they were all jammed !) ??? Still, I admit, its a good run thru the zoo ! Think everyone enjoyed it !

Wow, I didn't use any of the porta potties... I didn't have to go until I got home! I guess I sweated it all out at the run, that's why :P One of my greatest fears is going to public toilets and race potties are probably the worst. If I can avoid, I will avoid :) Yup, they had a lot of positive reviews on the FB page. Finally one race that turned out well for many :)

Run was pretty good, mostly thanks to the ideal weather. Hey we should go to this place some day. It's at Mustafa Center's new extension, at the rooftop. It's called Kebabs N Curries. So far I've tried the paper tosai, samosa, plain naan, tandoori chicken, black daal - all very good. Been there about 4x already, always good food. A little slow service but worth waiting for :)

I went on 2nd day of CNY. But even on other days, they're slow at bringing the food to the table... just have to be patient ;) guess the chef takes his time but making sure the food is good.

That's true. Blame it on my impatience [already 9pm then], I had to leave 1 hr after dinner and it hadn't settled still. But thankfully, I didn't eat too full, so nothing went back up :D like a previous experience some months or so :D

Bishan Park right across the road from my place. Been almost 3 years under reno - I think they're 6 months behind schedule. Can't wait for it to re-open. Run could have been better. I'm feeling very lethargic in this heat.
