AM workout. Did mostly modified version because I was still a little dazed after waking up. Felt good afterwards.

AM run. Weather was sooooo good!! Cool after yesterday's rain. Breathing was easy too. I felt so good that I went a little too fast for an easy run. Wish every run would be this good.

It rained earlier at dawn. Temperature was much cooler but the air was very dense. Had a hard time breathing. Took a while to reach 78% max heart rate. Legs are dead tired. Sigh. Not an enjoyable run.

Alarm clock didn't go off. Arrrrgh! So had to do indoor workout today. KA level 2 is getting a bit too easy... but my abs are still not shrinking. Why oh why.
