    It went well for the amount of sprints but my body was dead almost halfway through. Pulling sleds, running with parachutes, and up hills was just some of the torture.

    Awesome was finally able to meet one of my first goals lifting in the realm of lifting. Benching over 100. Got 7reps of 105!

    Got to exercise with one of my best friends Nino, while at the same time working on his dog etiquette. Next time hopefully we won't have to stop as often and can cover more ground faster.
