I missed my long run on Saturday so I needed to catch up for last week. I had two goals for this run. First, I wanted to get a lot of miles on my feet and I wanted to run a significant negative split. Almost 10 miles gets the first goal and I ran the second half in 4:30 less than the front half. Great way to start a day and a week!
