    I run the eco-trail path thrice making a total mileage of 3.6K. Just a quick run to burn all those food bingeing we are doing the entire trip.

    Paddled again on the rapids of chico river in tabuk, kalinga. It was crazy fun getting wet. Back and arms are aching but it was good!

    I ate hills and trails for breakfast! Up to the foothills of Mt.Makiling- the Flatrocks.
    It was bit muddy and rocky- a trail-test for my NB Minimus. It proved to be a good barefoot trail shoes.

    Better run today compared 4days ago. I felt the right knee injury after 4Kms. Weather is fine, there were sprinkles of water at the first 2K. Surprisingly, I saw a lot of runners.
