Plank mami!! Pure pain that is what I like!! ;) 4 min on forearms 1 min on hands, 2 min right side plank, 2 min left side plank and back on my forearms for 1 more min. Got to love the pain!!!

aww thanks Maria you are so kind. But I am in the bigger side. I just cant stop eating all the bad food. I always try eating clean but I always fail. But I won't give up I will keep trying. I promise!!!
