  1. RUN
    13.03 mi 02:15 10:20 pace

A struggle from the start. My legs did not want to move today. I almost quit after 2 miles but instead ate the one gel I brought with me and just kept pushing forward

This was part 2 of a running study. 5 minute warm up. 12 minutes at 75% of VO2 Max and a 10k in about 42 minutes. It was a lot of fun but was definitely challenging. I had a miscommunication on my ... read more

  10. RUN

  12. RUN
    4.18 mi 00:35 08:23 pace

Run #2. I went inside for this one. It was weird I actually felt good running on a dreadmill and when the run was over I thought about extending it for a little longer

  13. RUN
    6.03 mi 00:51 08:29 pace

I ran from my office up the hill to Mountain Park and back. Essentially the end of the Walter Childs Marathon. I felt good and nice climb!

I wimped out with a -30 windchill and ran on the dreadmill at the YMCA. This is the farthest I have ever run on a dreadmill. Easy pace but mentally tough to go that far. I can't wait for sligh... read more

  17. RUN
    3 mi 00:23 07:40 pace

The distance is a little bit of a guess but the time is accurate. This was a run for a VO2 peak test. Apparently I have a great VO2 of 67.3.

  18. RUN
    5.1 mi 00:50 09:42 pace

I stuck mostly to side roads which are still mostly covered in snow so this run was a little bit of an adventure. I felt ok.

Squeezed this run in after dropping my kids off and before going to work this morning. It was a little chilly but I felt pretty good.
