      It's a group run from the Oxbow to the Westfield River along the M&M trail and back. It's Fat Ass style and not really a race. You can join if you want. We start at 5:00 am and there is about 10 - 12 of us.

      Sounds fun, I was sure you meant to type "ride".....haha! Thanks, I'd like to but trying to take it easy running, have an ankle issue & trying physical therapy to fix it, hence why I am riding so much.....want to do a 50k in the Spring in CT (Barkhamstead) and want it healed. Have fun though, sounds great!!

    Fast and difficult ride home from work. I rode up rt 141 from Northampton Street in Holyoke. That hill is steeper then it looks. A new slightly longer route and it was one of my fastest. Felt good.

      I've run up and down it, mostly down, a bunch of times. I have a loop I do where I run up Southampton road then take mountain down to rock valley and out

      That sounds like a challenging run. I like a good uphill followed by a nice downhill. I have a route like that from Westfield into Granville and back.

      I had my first ride in the rain last week. It caught me with 1.5 miles left in my ride. I thought it was fun. But, I would not find thunderstorm riding fun.
