    Morning BMX at Skate Park behind Canberra Centre. I am still totally too wussy for anything involving serious air, but had heaps of fun doing little jumps and practicing bunny hops and manualling.

    Cycled for about 50 minutes on my own, before Elmo turned up and we hit the mountain. Going down hills fast is fun. Feeling better after my bout with illness. Onwards!
