Felt pretty average and very slow. Also: Fuck Lilyfield Road, especially in the afternoon with sun.

Took the Instigator out with @pjclare for our regular loop. Found myself a flat 3.25km loop to do intervals on at some point. Need to push the pace a bit more.

Take 2: With More Sensible. Watched my heart rate, kept it in sensible zones, rocked my first lap. Second lap was a little slow and my legs ran out of power, but happy with two laps.

Park at Sparrow Hill. Ride to Mont 2011 Track. Die. Blew out my heart rate on the first climb. Absolutely FUCKED for the rest of the lap. Did not get my second lap :(

Took the orange beast for a road ride down the Cook's River Trail for a bit. Tried to just keep the wheels spinning and the breathing steady.
