  1. RUN
    alright 5 km 00:27 08:49 pace

Too much gluttony this weekend, perhaps.

  2. RUN
    good 7.01 km 00:39 08:51 pace

A bit further. A little gassed. Feeling good!

  3. RUN
    good 5.01 km 00:27 08:31 pace

    Must. Stay. With it!

  4. RUN
    good 7.01 km 00:37 08:34 pace

    a bit further today.

  5. RUN
    blah 5.01 km 00:30 09:41 pace

    That's more realistic :/

  6. RUN
    good 5.01 km 00:28 08:59 pace

Feeling pretty good for coming off a 4-week hiatus! Even managed decent pacing and avoided the stitch.

  7. RUN
    blah 5 km 00:27 08:44 pace

Getting back into it. Ran through that pain in my side... twice.

  10. VELO
    great 9.2 mi 00:35 15.8mph pace

Needed to blow off some steam, did a 30 minute hill-climb at level 20. About 20 minutes into it my legs became too tied to finish the hills so I turned it back down to 17. Peaked my heart-rate in t... read more

  11. VELO
    good 13.44 mi 01:05 12.4mph pace

Finally figured out how to use the exercise bike for exercise! Did a 60-minute hill-climb workout at level 15 (out of 25?).

  12. VELO
    good 23.07 mi 01:00 23.1mph pace

Cycle trainers may be the most boring kind of workout ever. Did 3 minute heart-rate zone intervals, 80/65, using the internal program. This wasn't as strenuous as I'd wanted today but I&#... read more

All stationary exercise machines are horrendously boring. Maybe at some point in the near future when we can work out complete virtual integration with some manner of headset they'll finally accomplish fun on a treadmill or stationary bike/trainer. Until then its no better than grinding in video games.

  13. RUN
    injured Waterfront 5k 3.81 km 00:21 09:03 pace

Somehow I was more easily motivated to run in the slushy snow than hit the trainer again. It felt great to slog through the cold and muck. Unfortunately, my foot wasn't as recovered from last ... read more

  14. VELO
    good 00:30

First morning in the Fabric gym. As was expected for a first, delays happened and I didn't get as much time on the bike as I'd wanted. But now the first is done and it can become routine.

  15. RUN
    great 11.12 km 01:03 09:06 pace

Awake at 4.30a, can't sleep. Locked out of the gym at 5. Grabbed my shoes and went 30 minutes out along the waterfront, whatever it took to get back. Breaking in new shoes, a couple blisters. ... read more

  16. VELO
    Trainer 00:25

I was just getting started into the meat of my ride when the resistance took off and the trainer ceased up. So I climbed off and did push-ups, sit-ups and crunches until my muscles turned to jelly.

  17. VELO
    great Trainer 01:00

I'm getting better at this thing and my butt doesn't hurt so much once I get into it! ("That's what she said...")

  18. VELO
    good 00:45

Back on the trainer, this time for 5 min intervals. Thought my heart would burst!

  19. VELO
    alright 00:50

Did some time on the stationary bike while dad worked on his 10k time. I've not exercised since India, nor have I ever cycled. #buttHurt

  20. RUN
good Pioneer Square to Ballard Loc... 12.21 mi 02:03 10:04 pace

This is the longest distance I've ever run. Missed bootcamp tonight so decided to try for distance. Original target was 45 minutes out but then I saw the signs for Ballard and the locks, decid... read more

That is a nice long run. I have not seen any mileage on here from you and then you come from out of nowhere with a 12+ mile run. Nice. I hope that your knees don't hate you too much.
