      All stationary exercise machines are horrendously boring. Maybe at some point in the near future when we can work out complete virtual integration with some manner of headset they'll finally accomplish fun on a treadmill or stationary bike/trainer. Until then its no better than grinding in video games.

    I was just getting started into the meat of my ride when the resistance took off and the trainer ceased up. So I climbed off and did push-ups, sit-ups and crunches until my muscles turned to jelly.

      That is a nice long run. I have not seen any mileage on here from you and then you come from out of nowhere with a 12+ mile run. Nice. I hope that your knees don't hate you too much.
