#dfd10k Still sore from Saturday's escapades so I wasn't sure if this was going to happen. Put it off as long as I could. Finally jumped on the treadmill at 8:30, while the kids settled in to watch a movie. Felt pretty easy, so I'm happy. Now on to stretching. Oh and this is Week 1 Day 1 of my 8-week 10k training plan. Skipping my strength workout since my neck/shoulder is not 100%. Don't want to over do it.
