Nice group this morning: Me, Rich, Erik, Beth and Dave. We all ran together for the first 2, then the guys continued on to their 12-miler. Beth and I turned back to the airport to finish up at 4.3. We both have places to be this morning so kept it short and sweet. Foot and hip feeling excellent this morning thanks to Dr. Boas. Have a fantastic day everyone!
