Just a short trip over to help a friend out with some web/computer stuff. Since she's just over half a mile I figured it would be OK to run there, even though it's ridiculously hot out and I'd be pushing two kids in the jogger. Not too bad. Almost took the long way home, which would add an extra mile and include a really tough hill...but I wimped out. Need to save some for my track workout tonight.
