    Went out for a short easy run with Emily. Basically just a shake out. She has a marathon this week end and I wanted an active recovery day to be ready for tomorrow. Perfect day out.

    gave them a good session. Little pain in the lower back not sure what's up- think I just bent the wrong way in hero's pose. I'll keep an eye on it. Other than that felt great.

    Fantastic morning class. Teaching Wednesday morning instead of Monday mornings. Bit of a different crowd but some of the regulars as well. Free styles a beautiful yogalates inspired flow.

    Ran with Amanda. Kept the first 6 at 8:30s but slowed the last four on the trails because of the hip. Felt really great. Nice to see some faster miles even with a little twitch from the si joint.
