Good to be back out there. Knee is still a bit banged up, still got a pretty nice bruise. Planning on keeping the miles low for the rest of the week but it's nice to do something again.

Went out for a short easy run with Emily. Basically just a shake out. She has a marathon this week end and I wanted an active recovery day to be ready for tomorrow. Perfect day out.

gave them a good session. Little pain in the lower back not sure what's up- think I just bent the wrong way in hero's pose. I'll keep an eye on it. Other than that felt great.

Ran with Amanda. Kept the first 6 at 8:30s but slowed the last four on the trails because of the hip. Felt really great. Nice to see some faster miles even with a little twitch from the si joint.
