    First long run in a while. 10.8 km people!! Knee is a little achy now but took some omega 3,6,9's which usually help my knee aches. Better get a good stretch in!

    I have finally come to the realization that I just can't run fast enough to do a 4 mile run in my time limit at the gym! Not for lack of trying for sure!
