Nice ride, no wind... only alright because I got some wicked nasty cramps in my glutes right afterwards, downed a quick banana for potassium and everything was alright, but it wasn't pleasant.

That is tough when you get cramps like that. It is almost as if there is no pain so intense. Glad to hear it went away after the banana.

That sounds like a great workout - almost 2 hours of chest and back. I sure wish I could find the time for that.

Yah, it takes up a pretty takes up most of my late afternoon and early evening right after work, but it burns a ton of calories and I only do it 3 times a week ;)
