    Nice ride, no wind... only alright because I got some wicked nasty cramps in my glutes right afterwards, downed a quick banana for potassium and everything was alright, but it wasn't pleasant.

      That is tough when you get cramps like that. It is almost as if there is no pain so intense. Glad to hear it went away after the banana.

      This is still a pretty good workout. I am sure the softball game added quite a bit to this.

    First ride in over a week! Been to VA and back for interviews, busy busy busy week. Ride went well, very hot and muggy, but nice breeze from biking kept it tolerable. Fastest time so far!!
