so . . . i don't think i mentioned it on here, but i've been sidelined from running for a month or so by a metatarsal stress fracture. after chomping at the bit all week, i finally got to log some cautious mileage tonight. i felt good! no pain!

also: i totally forgot to mention- i signed up to do ironman canada next year. and no, i'm not joking. i'm gonna make it happen, people!
